You may be interested in Mobius, which you can download at 
www.zonemobius.com.
To my knowledge it implements more of the EDP features than
any other software looper, it certainly does the ones you list (and I
would imagine more of them than most people will ever use :-)  It runs
standalone or as a VST plugin.
