Looking for Fred Frith

A while ago I did an interview with Fred Frith for the Swedish guitar 
player magazine. Now the mag wants to print it a little bigger than 
originally intended and we need to add a little more text on Fred's 
equipment. So I need to get back to Fred on the matter, but 
unfortunately I didn't keep his e-mail address. Does anyone know how to 
get in touch with him?
