Hello Loopers-Delight,

  Thanks everyone for the replies - there seem to be quite a few links
  here to follow up.

  A further question: are any of you in the UK? We have a different
  plug size and as far as I know different voltage from the US and I
  wonder if any of you use these American adaptors discussed here. If
  so can you just use a standard transatlantic adaptor? If not are
  there any that work with UK plugs?
