You want a standard MIDI out, right?

Casio made a guitar that had that.  You can find them used.  I've seen 
them 
at the Guitar shows.  $500-600 from what I remember.

I don't know of any pickup units that will do that.  What you can do is 
get 
a GK2A pickup and a GI20 MIDI/USB interface.  You're looking at about $550 
for the set.  I played with a Brian Moore iGuitar into a GI20 into a MAC 
running Finale and it tracked really well.  Nice setup.  I wound up 
getting 
a Brian Moore and I'm saving my pennies for the GI20.  Much nicer than the 
GR50 I have now.
