I can recommend his live album "East West" - not only innovative 
guitar playing, but looping crops up throughout. According to

his looping gear consists of

line6 delay modeller
Boss DD1 digital delay pedal (for ambience)
Lexicon MPX-100 
Electro Harmonix 16 second delay
Digitech 8 second delay

I suspect the line6 is used the most frequently, since his loops 
often mutate, probably using the "tweez"(?) knob?
