Wow.  This sounds really very very cool.  I've been tempted by the JamMan.
Something like you're proposing would really help setting things up for
performances so much easier.  And, I'm sure literally hundreds of people
around the world would be very interested in what you are creating, if you
want to go that route.  Easily worth $10 per download. :-)

Sounds like a business!
