you should check out Cycling 74's Hipno vst...it has a hipnoscope on the screen that you can manipulate with your mouse, with your hand in the air via a webcam. You can customize how the x/y axis maps to different parameters of the effect and preset. With a switch of wave of your hand you can morph your sound across several paramter changes. I haven't got around to doing this myself with the web cam, but I use my mouse.
