There is an episode of Carl Sagan's "Cosmos" where there is this really 
cool
musical transition. It wasn't until I started listening to Steve Reich 
that I
figured out it was actually part of "Heaven and Hell" by Vangelis which 
then
faded into "Music for 18 Musicians". It worked so well I thought it was one
piece.
