there is something new by TCElectronic called Konnect 24D: an I/O 
interface that also has some stereo effects (esp. Channel Strip + EQ :-)
That might be something for you.
Talking about TCElectronic, if guitar multi fx are ok, perhaps the G-Sharp 
could be something for you - it's in stereo. But not many interfaces are - 
a shame :-(
