Thanks for all the input. I just got a quote from Music Pro, since I'm an 
ASCAP member. The rate was really good, so I submitted the app. However, I 
am checking with my home owner's insurance as well, given they insure my 
home, autos, etc, etc...they may be able to beat the rate, though the 
deductable and conditions may vary.
