Re: Macbook for Windows looping

Hi Micheal et alteri,
one month ago i have buyed a Mackbook.
After a lot of research, i got the convincement that the mackbook pro has
just two additional features:
1. it can have 4giga of ram (mackbook has a max of 2 giga)
2. mackbook pro is better for video apps because of it has an integrated
video card
...but it's more expensive, as you know yet.

I have got a RME 400...and i have to say that, at this moment, i'm happy
with this set-up.
I'm running Mobius (thanks to Jeff will never be enough....)
as standalone and i have tested it working with all 8 tracks working at
the
same moment (with half-speed, reverse, mute modes, etc...) and never got
problems.
I have tested it synching to a drum machine and it's ok (apart some synch
mobius problems discussed in that list.)

I have not tested it as a vst inside Energy yet, but i'm pretty sure it
will work well.

I love this laptop and his size, compared to the mackbook pro.

If it can helps...
Bye
