Not any sense that I can see. If it is coming 32 bits that's precisely what Logic handles internally, so I guess dithering would just lower the resolution of the digital audio. I still don't understand why you would want to do it - but it doesn't take a lot of CPU cycles to do on-the-fly dithering. I did that in Bidule to have eight stereo files rendered during a looping performance and I wasn't able to see any change in the CPU meter when activating the eight dithering units.
