RE: notebook non-recommendation for audio applications



good luck man!

i built a dual core 2.6 w/ 4 gig ram 128 mb video- TI instrument firewire card -200gig HD -  for $500- newegg and ebay

whatever route you go, definitly get a TI firewire card (if u use firewire), it makes all the difference in the world-

please understand that micro atx is a form factor for CPU cases and has nothign to do with the touch screen-

the best touchscreen company is elo (elotouch.com)-

i believe they make a product that you can install over any monitor to convert it to touch, but i bought an open frame model that includes the lcd monitor and the touchscreen off ebay-
