hi Rick, I expect that's down to the problem of people posting to the list in HTML format. All we can do is ask people not to do that, ...except that HTML tends to be the default, and people usually won't know it's happenning. I would try from your email software menus View>>Body>>As plain text (or similar) that might help...I dunnow There's a number of ways to solve your problem and also improve your LD experience, but only if you're prepared to sign off the digest and sign on for regular mails, and then set up a couple of simple filters. (or does gmail offer a "sign onto maillist" wizard? Mark?Per?) The digest just can't deal with HTML, because when the script to make it happen was written HTML wasn't used in emails. It's old tech. andy Rick Walker wrote: > I keep getting Daily Digests that list that > several posts are included but don't have all the posts that are listed > printed out. > > Just today, I got one that listed it had 9 posts (and most of them about > Warren's query about 'does this effect exist' which fascinates me) > and there was only one post listed in the email. > > Some days all of the posts are listed in the single e-mail. > > Does anyone know why this keeps occuring? > It's really irritating as it takes a long time to go to the website > and search the current archives for current posts. > > yours, Rick > >
