Yes, but I only used MIDI Notes with my EDP because people said it
works better.

Yes you can. CC#s can either be swept by one of the expression pedals
or sent out at one particular value by kicking one of the switches. I
used CC# switches of my FCB a lot when I was controlling an Akai
filterbank that had fixed CC# for each knob (the curse of hardware...)
