Sent from my iPhone I made one myself.. I used a music stand. I got rid of the face (but kept the connection to the stand itself).. bought a piece of wood, cut it the size of exactly my MacBook, painted it black and hooked it up to the connection that fits on the stand et voila. Looks awesome!
