I did a reset, then it works. But I have make all my settings again. 
After shutting down the EDP it´s the same again with the problem....

The sampler style is set on "Start". That setting should not stop the loop.

if sounds kinda like you are in one of the Sampler Styles that plays once and then mutes.
this could come from bad midi info if you have your offsets set wrong or similar?
