Re: FS: Oberheim Cyclone midi Arpeggiator....

I'm a bit interested Per, how you used it?
Was it just a bit of synth gear, or part of some more "Per-like" esoteric set-up? You know Im still occasionly triggering synths from my guitar. I have a nice Korg which "arps" well, but it always annoys me that theres no simple way to STOP the exportation of midi to a device... I want to hit a pedal, fire some midi notes at a synth and its arpegiations, and then release the pedal and it KEEP those notes, till I select new.
Just like on the old GR guitar synths... Oh.. and when it says, "Does 3 Arps at once" What does that mean? outputs 3 different midi chanels to 3 different synth? or what? (If you can remember- I have no time to read a manual for a bit of kit I will almost certainly NOT buy) ...I said almost)

I had a Cyclone in the early nineties. A really cool piece of gear!
Unfortunately it got crushed under a door and I could not repair it. I
bet there must be many people looking for second hand Cyclones today.
