The Fireface 800 and the UFX have a built-in matrix mixer that you normally control through the Total Mix software. However, you can control everything from a midi controller in standalone mode, so it can be used as a mixer or patchbay. Its ability to save preset mixes makes it a really useful tool in the studio or on stage. If you have one read your manual, its all in there.
