OT: Cello recommendation...

Maybe a long shot....maybe way OT.....
But could anyone recommend a good cello
for the money....  I don't want the cheapest,
I want to learn on a quality instrument....but
I don't want to break the bank, either....
I was looking at the Ren Wei Shi Model 7000
or 8000....
