thanks daryl.....your piece on tape looping was very informative.....i remember reading it several weeks ago, good stuff.....so "leaderless" tapes are availiable, that's good to know.....i would love to hear your samples but everytime i try to listen to something my puter crashes.....i'm hooked on this tape thing, in fact since my cd recorder died i'm getting back to the 4 trac, it's fun relearning it.....michael
