Presonus problem


Hi people,
for those of you using the Presonus Firebox:
I turned on my laptop with presonus conected and all of the sudden the 
soundcard is not recognized and a solid red light stays on.Ive reie 
everything,changed FW cables,reinstalled drivers,etc. but nothing.Is there 
a way to internally reset it or has anybody had this problem?
