forget the layer of loop windowing (the purpose of the demo)
 for a moment
and listen to the backing loop.
It's a very simple part that drives the piece, but at
the same time it doesn't get boring simply because
it doesn't draw attention to itself.
...and harmonically simple it doesn't restrict
the layers above.
