Yes, I made a Max patch to do that. Of course its done for my own 
purposes, especially the sensitivity of all the pressure points was not 
god for controlling from a sitting position. The Navigation keys still 
need a bit more force than I would like it...

As all of the buttons are actually pressure sensors (the big ones even 
quad sensors), you need to set a threshold if you want a switch.

Depending on your operating system I could adapt my patch for your 
needs. On Mac its trivial, on PC I think you need something like 
midiyoke to route the translated Midi to your application...
