Its hard to beat the Eventide Timefactor for creating stereo delay's with 
independent subdivisions, Most of the algorithms  are stereo and can be 
set with any subdivision you might conjure, T think the Styrmon Timeline 
has the same capability, and of course the stereo delay on M series Line 6 
effects can do any subdivision as well, Kind of a drag the Flashback is so 
limited in its subdivision choices, and Im not sure if the flashback 
triple delay gives more options or not, I wish the tone prints editor gave 
you more options
