I would suggest the Boss RC-20XL...it is affordable ($~250 or so), easy to
use, and if you wish to experiment further, it has feedback control.

Plus, there is 16 minutes of loop time available.

Be careful! I started looping as a way to learn scales and soloing, too.

I own 3 different loopers and a laptop!! LOL It's habit-forming...

that while I learn to play solos.  I was thinking about cassette 4 track
recorder...but then saw stuff about guitar effect pedals with loops.

What's the best way to do what I want to do? I just want a practice
